I just read an article on Lifehacker.com about internet addiction. I found that there is a really good video for you to practice (it is fast, but it also has caption (or subtitle) which will help you while listening)
It may be a little bit tough, but just giving it a try. (try to listen only the key points, so that you can easily answer my review question below)
